For consulting firms

Grow Your Pipeline.
Not Your Headcount.

Sam is not a tool you operate. He is an AI Sales Manager who runs your LinkedIn and email outreach, answers the replies and the enquiries that come in, and hands you the conversations that are ready. Nothing sends until you have approved it.

A real run

A hundred seconds, start to booked.

One campaign, start to finish. A sentence in, a list you approve, a reply answered in minutes, and a meeting on your calendar.

Why this happens

Referrals got you here.
They will not get you there.

The referrals are slowing down. You rode the referral wave for years. The pipeline is not what it was, and the obvious fix, hiring someone to go and find the work, is the wrong shape for a firm your size.
You cannot sell while you deliver. The project lands and business development stops. Six months later the drought arrives, caused by the win.
Your name is on every message. You are not going to blast your network. On LinkedIn your reputation is the asset, and one bad sequence spends it.
The Sam loop

Here's how the loop runs.
It never stops.

Manager and Analyst run as a continuous loop. Sam runs, learns, and gets sharper every week.

Most outreach tools give you sending. Sam brings the judgement, and keeps bringing it every day.

What the pilot proves

< 15 minreply time, not three days
$199/monot a hire, not a $5K-15K retainer
Every onemessage approved by you first
~100/wkLinkedIn's invite ceiling, respected

Two weeks, on your real market, against your own list. Then you decide.

Thirty minutes with Sam.
Then the campaign runs.

That is the whole setup. Your free two-week pilot starts the same day.

1

Book the call

30 min

You bring who you want to reach. We connect your LinkedIn and your mailbox together.

Week 1

We run four approaches across LinkedIn and email to find what actually gets you a conversation.

Before you ask

What actually happens during the two-week pilot? We set it up with you on a call that takes about half an hour. You bring a definition of who you want to reach, we connect your LinkedIn account, and Sam builds the prospect list. You approve every name before anyone is contacted. In the first week we test four different openers to find which one gets you connected, then the campaign runs and replies come to you for approval. It is usually live within a day. We take a card at signup because we are building your first campaign ourselves, so the commitment runs both ways. Nothing is charged during the two weeks, and cancelling before they are up costs you nothing.
Do I need anything before we start?A LinkedIn Premium or Sales Navigator account on your own profile, and a mailbox on your own domain. Premium allows roughly 100 invitations a week, Sales Navigator around 200. That ceiling is LinkedIn’s own and it applies to every tool on the market, so we would rather say it now than have you find out in week two. Email has no such ceiling, which is part of why both channels run together.
Does the outreach actually sound like me?It is written from your positioning, your case studies and your own examples of how you write. And every message reaches you before it reaches the prospect, so anything that does not sound like you never goes out. What lands in someone’s inbox is something you approved.
What happens when someone replies?Sam drafts a response grounded in what you actually do and sends it to you, usually within fifteen minutes rather than three days. You approve it, edit it, or write your own. If a conversation goes quiet and the person resurfaces six months later, the full history is still there, so the reply picks up where it stopped instead of starting over.
Is email extra? No. LinkedIn and email run together on every plan at the same price. There is no channel upsell and no separate email tier. They are one campaign, sharing the same knowledge base and the same approval step, so a reply on either channel stops the other. Enrichment is optional and never forced. Bring your own data and there is nothing further to pay. If you would rather we found the addresses, that is credit packs, and it stays your choice.
What about people who message me first?Sam handles those the same way. An inbound enquiry gets an answer grounded in what you actually do, waiting for your approval, in minutes rather than whenever you next open LinkedIn. Most outbound tools do nothing at all with inbound, so those messages sit until you get to them, which is usually the worst moment to be slow.
Is this compliant in the EU and UK?Yes, and it is the reason for the approval step. In the European Union and the UK you cannot lawfully send a message that no human has reviewed. We build to that standard everywhere, so approval is not a setting you can switch off by accident.

Fits the way you already work

Your address, your domain

Sends from your real mailbox, not shared infrastructure and not a throwaway domain you have to buy and warm up first. Your name is the asset, so your name stays on the message.

Closes to a held meeting

Most outreach stops at "they replied". This carries on: the booking is detected, tied to the right contact, and chased if they do not show up.

Grows with the firm

Start on your own. Add seats, roles and shared visibility later, with each client kept separate. Nothing to migrate off when you are five people instead of one.

Their clock, not yours

Almost everything else sends when it suits the sender. This lands inside your prospect's working hours, wherever they are, and skips their weekends and public holidays.

Build pipeline.
Protect your name.

Run it for two weeks against your real market and see what comes back. If it does not earn its place, you stop.

We build your first campaign. You put a card on file at signup, so the commitment runs both ways. Nothing is charged for two weeks, then $199 a month on monthly terms, cancel any time.
